Posthog and HubSpot connector – terms of service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Cloudshowplace, a trading name of Bercha Consulting. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Posthog to Hubspot connector (“App”). By using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

3. App Information

  • App Name: Posthog to Hubspot connector
  • Description: A connector between Hubspot and Posthog that creates a unique identifier for each Hubspot contact, monitors Posthog events for this identifier, and updates the Hubspot contact with the corresponding Posthog user ID URL. Additional data can be synchronized upon request.
  • Primary Purpose: To connect Posthog with Hubspot for seamless data integration.

4. User Information

  • Primary Users: Businesses
  • Information Collected: Email and name of users

5. Payment and Billing

  • Pricing Model: Subscription-based
    • $50 per organization per month
    • $500 per organization annually
    • Unlimited users and contacts
  • Payment Methods: Payments are processed through the Hubspot Marketplace.
  • Billing Cycles: Monthly or annually, as per user selection.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Main Responsibilities: Users are expected to use the App responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Restrictions: No specific restrictions on use, except compliance with legal standards.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Bercha Consulting (dba Cloudshowplace) retains all intellectual property rights to the App and its content.

8. Termination

  • Conditions for Termination: User access may be terminated if the App is used for illegal purposes or if privacy laws are violated.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Liability: Cloudshowplace is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the App.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Process: Disputes between Cloudshowplace and users will be handled via email within 30 days. Contact: Bertrams@wintactix.com

11. Changes to the Terms

  • Notification: Users will be informed of any changes to these Terms by email.

12. Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
