Find and pin the extenstion under your list of extensions:
Click on the extension icon and select the websites you want the extension to show up on. By default, it’s displayed on all websites, but you can configure it to show up on specific websites only.
Refresh the page that you are on and find a red arrow icon on the right side of your browser:
Upon clicking on the icon, a pop-up will show up. Here, you can add new contacts from any website.
The fields you fill out to add contacts are fully customizable. Just click on the “Form” tab to see all of your Hubspot contact fields and select the ones you want to show up on the “Home” tab:
You are all setup to start adding leads directly from the browser that you are on! Now lets see how the function to lookup leads works. On any website that you have set the extension up on, you can higlight any text, number, email and a “Search” icon will show up:
Upon clicking it, a search for any relevant contacts based on the higlighted text will be performed inside of your Hubspot instance:
